Text of the inscription is carved in minuscule with concave letters. Location: West side of the church, to the right from the southern aisle entrance. Rectangular sandstone plaque, currently mounted in the church wall with cement. Above the inscription is a house mark of Hempel family flanked with the heads of angels with wings. The inscription, placed on the rectangular with truncated sides, is enclosed in decorative frame. The Hempels were a wealthy merchant family in XVII century.
