Text of the inscription is carved in minuscule with concave letters. Location: Outside the southern aisle (western corner) of the church. Three-part grave with oval sandstone plaque, the inscription intensely worn away. The plaque was flanked by two angels (only the one to the left remained). Above the tombstone is a skull entwined with a wreath, and higher – a figure of a saint. Beneath the tombstone, a figure of a woman leaning on the coffin. From the readable fragments of the inscription we can only assume, that the gravestone is dedicated to patrician of Jelenia Góra, who married in 1730 Anna Teresa Emrich, daughter of Georg Wilhelm Emrich, mayor of Jelenia Góra between 1723 and 1742.
