Text of the inscription is carved in majuscule with concave letters. 

Location:

Outside the southern aisle of the church, to the east from the wall of the chapel. Rectangular sandstone plaque, currently mounted in the church wall. It depicts a child standing in a dress, with a crown above its head. The plaque is flanked with ornaments. Above the plaque is a text in an oval (barely readable). Under the plaque is the main text.

Balthasar Hübner was a wealthy merchant of Jelenia Góra. He lived in the 17th century, in 1658 he became the founding member of the Merchants Guild.
