In 1621, on 18^th December, after

6 weeks of puerperium departed this life esteemed and virtuous

Mrs. Anna, spouse of Mr. Johann Hilphardt,

At age of 17 years and 34 weeks. May God be merciful to her.

Text of the inscription is carved in majuscule with concave letters. 

Location:

Outside the southern aisle of the church, to the east from the wall of the chapel, near the boiler room entrance. Rectangular sandstone plaque, currently mounted in the church wall with cement and metal hooks. It depicts a standing woman in a dress and a bonnet on her head, the inscription circles the figure. 

Johan Hilphardt was a merchant of Jelenia Góra, he lived in the 17^th century.
