Text of the inscription is carved in majuscule with concave letters.

Location:

Southern side of the church presbytery, to the east from the side entrance. Rectangular sandstone plaque, currently mounted in the church wall with cement. It depicts a standing child in a dress, with hands joined in prayer; the inscription circles the figure.

Magister Pancrace Bach was a burgher of Jelenia Góra living on the turn of 16^th and 17^th centuries.
