(text is missing)

After his death all from one…

…his advice… 42 years to God with all his beloved…

Text of the inscription is carved in majuscule with concave letters, mostly undecipherable, with major gaps.

Location:

Southern part of the church, to the west from vestry entrance, next to a buttress. Rectangular sandstone plaque; it depicts a proud male figure in Swedish attire, wearing a half-armour with sword at his side, a hat in his hand, wearing a pointed beard and moustache, holding its sides. On his right at the top barely readable coat of arms with crest and mantling.

The plaque is dedicated to Gedeon Fischer, councillor of duke of Legnica, who died on 19th April, 1626 at the age of 42. He studied in Wrocław and many other European centres. He was the son of Solomon Fischer (1544-1616) a town councillor.
